1267) The happiest I’ve ever seen my father was when I came downstairs in a beautiful dress for a school dance my freshman year. It had only been a couple years since I began transitioning and yet the smile on his face and the teary eyes will be ingrained in my memory forever. At that moment, I knew he saw me not only as a young lady, but as his a beautiful daughter.
