1583) Ever since I started reading about what it means to be trans*, I’ve thought that my own experiences of wanting to be female would finally turn into something real, that would finally let me realize who I really am. I always had these thoughts, but I had never known about being trans. But now, all I do is doubt myself, and I have no idea who I am anymore, or what feelings of mine are real or imagined… I just feel more lost. :c I just want to be me and to stop telling myself it’s not real.

The doubt is almost as bad as the overwhelming dysphoria… a lot of the time it’s difficult to see whether they are real doubts or whether they are just society telling you you’re not real. There might not ever be a concrete answer T_T
